Tamara Zhukova: Psychology Of Rapid Change
Tamara Zhukova is a leading psychologist and spiritual mentor, founder of the Academy of Innovative Psychology, helping women around the world unlock their potential through quantum psychology and modern methodologies. In an exclusive interview, Tamara shares her journey in psychology, her approaches to working with clients, and her plans for the future.

Tamara, please tell us how you started your practice in psychology. What inspired you to become a psychologist?
I can honestly say that a personal crisis in my life pushed me onto the path of psychological development. It was not an easy period, and when I dealt with my own issues and emotional states, I felt a desire to delve deeper into everything related to the psychology of thinking and the energy of the world.
I became curious about why certain things happen in our lives, how the brain forms beliefs and limitations, and how working with the brain can lead to profound personal transformation.
I have been studying various trends and cultures for 12 years, and I cannot say that I am only a psychologist; I am also a spiritual mentor, because this is now part of modern innovative psychology. When I saw changes in my own life, I realized what works. I felt empowered to share this knowledge and experience with women who may be experiencing depression, just as I once did.
How would you describe your approach to working with clients? What methods and techniques do you use in your practice?
I use an exclusively authorial approach because the tools I work with are the result of combining scientific knowledge with spiritual development. I work quite strictly, demand discipline, and lead a person to results. Only where there is structure and discipline can results be achieved. This is my personal position, and it works 100%.
Techniques I use:
- Working with the subconscious through hypnosis
- Coaching sessions
- Breathing exercises
- Transformational games
- Regression
- Mandala therapy
- “Portrait” technique
And many others. I apply these techniques only after testing them on myself, so I know they are effective.
What are the most common problems your clients come to you with, and how do you help them solve these issues?
The main issue is a lack of self-belief. This is a pervasive problem, especially among women. They are ready to freeze and accept abuse, to believe they are nobody and nothing, to doubt their abilities and that their knowledge is needed in the world.
Even more critical is the complete lack of self-respect. This global issue leads to all other problems in life and relationships. My strength lies in scaling a person’s identity — I work with individuals and bring them to a new level of self-realization in their activities.

You work with methods based on quantum psychology. Can you explain this approach in more detail and its advantages?
Quantum psychology is the psychology of rapid change and results. It has a side effect: it does not allow people to recover slowly. It is like surgery — recovery afterward becomes the individual’s responsibility.
This is a very effective method for quick change, but I must say that not everyone is ready for it. It happens fast, sometimes causing inner contradictions and even resistance, but this defensive reaction eventually turns into a desire to move forward because the results are immediately visible.
I see the essence of a person and work to reveal the truth about them as quickly as possible, because that is where their greatest potential is hidden.
How do you support your professional development? Are there any new methods or training programs you are studying or planning to study?
I constantly invest in my development, attend training programs, and use various spiritual practices such as nails, cacao ceremonies, breathing exercises, ascetic practices, and many other tools.
Currently, I am fully focused on my own authorial method. Frankly, I am ready to teach psychologists innovative approaches, as I have proven that in the world of quantum change, long periods of transformation are unnecessary. Everything happens much faster now.
I believe that being without a psychologist today is, at the very least, unhelpful. Why waste life on negative thoughts, invisible barriers, and fears that have been ingrained in us since childhood?

What are your plans for the future? Are there any new projects or courses you want to launch for your clients?
I have grand plans. First of all, I want to launch retreat centers in Ukraine and around the world focused on rehabilitating people’s emotional well-being.
I also plan to write a training book, launch a course on expert self-realization, and start podcasts featuring interesting men who will help women better understand men.
