Svitlana Pokornik: Vital Aesthetic 4 You, a space for self‑care
We often perceive health as something that can be “fixed” with procedures or pills. But with experience comes the understanding that the body is a system, and its condition depends not only on treatment but also on how we live every day. Svitlana Pokornik, a doctor with 20 years of practice, has seen this in thousands of patients. Her journey from dentistry to creating the Vital Aesthetic 4 You club and her own line of vitamins is a story of how science and attention to the individual can work together.

Your career began as a dentist. What motivated you to create your own club and vitamin line?
I have been working as a dentist for more than 20 years and see people of all ages every day. Children, for example, often lack key nutrients needed for the formation of strong bones and teeth. Adults tend to accumulate chronic fatigue and deficiencies, while in older people there is a natural decrease in bone density and a slowdown in recovery.
At first, I focused exclusively on treatment: a high-quality filling, precise implantation, disease prevention. But over time, it became clear — the overall condition of the body cannot be ignored. It is the foundation on which the result rests. A patient may receive excellent treatment, but if they have, for example, a vitamin D or calcium deficiency, recovery will be slower and the effect less lasting.
This led me to the idea of creating Vital Aesthetic 4 You — a club where patients receive not only medical care but also overall body support. Vitamins became part of this system as a continuation of my medical work, not as a separate business project.
Today, vitamins are surrounded by mistrust, debates, and pseudoscience. How do you address this?
The mistrust did not appear by accident: the market is flooded with supplements that sell promises rather than results. It’s hard for people to navigate because the packaging often “shouts” louder than the actual ingredients.
I decided to take the opposite approach:
- only scientifically proven formulas,
- verified ingredients,
- real dosages that have already shown results with patients, not “shock” amounts for the sake of marketing.
For example, in Bone & Tooth Essential, we carefully calculated the combination of calcium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 so that they are absorbed and work synergistically. For Immune Essential, we selected components that gently stimulate the immune system without overloading it — which is especially important for people with autoimmune conditions or after periods of stress.
We clearly understand who these formulas are for and in which situations they work, and we always explain this to our clients. For me, it’s essential that a person knows why they are taking a product and what they can realistically expect from it.
What is the Vital Aesthetic 4 You club, and what role can it play for a modern person?
It is neither a fitness club nor a clinic. It is a space where a person can pause and ask themselves: “What is happening to me right now, and what should I do about it?”
We work in several directions:
- supporting the body through vitamins and nutritional programs;
- providing consultations and ongoing guidance so that a person understands their own processes, rather than simply “following instructions”;
- hosting meetings and events that inspire rather than pressure — where you leave not exhausted, but energized.
The modern pace of life often turns us into “projects” that must be constantly improved. I want the club to be a place where you don’t have to “fix” yourself, but instead can listen, reflect, and learn to respect the stage you are currently in — whether you are 25 or 65.

What values are important to you in vitamin production? What is unacceptable for you?
I think like a doctor, so at the core are three principles: quality, transparency, and safety.
For me, it is unacceptable to:
- use unverified ingredients;
- work with suppliers who cannot guarantee the purity of raw materials;
- release products on the principle of “do no harm”.
I have seen how “empty” or poorly formulated supplements not only fail to help but can actually harm. That is why every Vital Aesthetic 4 You formula is created to be part of long‑term health care, not just a temporary “effect.”
What are your upcoming plans?
We are now preparing for international expansion: offsite club formats, online programs, and collaborations with European experts. We are developing new products — for women 30+, for children and teenagers, and for people experiencing emotional burnout or hormonal changes.
Our club is a space both for people who want to be healthy and for experts who are ready to share their knowledge and professional expertise. Our mission is to work together with experts to convey complex medical and physiological processes to a wide audience in a simple, accessible way. We want people not only to receive information but to truly become interested in their health and understand it.
One of my greatest dreams is to create our own congress — not in the usual “doctors for doctors” format, but “doctors for people.” There are almost no such events today. At this congress, specialists would explain complex topics clearly and engagingly, without overloading with terminology, helping everyone better understand their body and take care of it.
Another dream of mine is a series of meetings on “body literacy,” where we would learn to understand the language of our own body — not through the lens of “normal/pathology,” but through respect and cooperation with it.
Where should you start taking care of yourself if you live in the fast pace of a big city?
Start with one small but honest step. In the morning, ask yourself: “What does my body want?” The answer can be simple:
- a glass of warm water before coffee,
- not skipping lunch,
- going for a walk instead of scrolling through the news,
- simply taking a deep breath.
Once this step becomes a habit, you can add vitamins, enjoyable rituals, and meetings with people who support you.
Vital Aesthetic 4 You is not about “perfection,” but about being alive, resourceful, and resilient — at any age and in any life situation.
