Kazakhstan has compiled a ranking of its largest female-held fortunes—placing emphasis not only on the numbers, but on the origins of capital, asset structures, and the degree of managerial influence.
The combined wealth of the participants is estimated at approximately $8.1 billion. The market shows a high level of concentration: the majority of assets are held by the top tier, while most individuals fall within the $30 million to $200 million range.
A defining feature is the origin of capital. A significant share of assets is tied to family holdings and partnership structures. At the same time, a shift is becoming increasingly visible: women are taking on more active roles in both operational and strategic business management.
